How to Make a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) to Gwinnett/Walton Habitat for Humanity

If you are 70½ or older, you can make a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) directly from your IRA to Gwinnett/Walton Habitat for Humanity. A QCD allows you to give up to $100,000 per year directly to a qualified nonprofit organization without having to pay income taxes on the distribution.
