Meet Grace + family

Meet Grace and her three children, Scott, Julian and Poleen. Before her home build began, we had the opportunity to interview her and meet her children. Grace, a single parent, is from South Sudan. After moving to Georgia, she felt rejected by many people until she found a community within her church. When another Habitat for Humanity homeowner reached out to Grace, and after a few meetings and a lot of paperwork, the journey began. Her continuous faith and support from her community through some troubled times led her to stand by her belief that prayer is the key of her life. We are very excited for Grace and her kids to see their completed home later this year!
